Responsabilities

• Design and curate a seasonal menu that highlights fresh, locally sourced Nordic ingredients.
• Lead and inspire the kitchen team to maintain high culinary standards.
• Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control.
• Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control.
• Ensure kitchen safety, hygiene, and compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with the restaurant management team to enhance the dining experience.
• Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
• Stay updated on culinary trends and innovative Nordic cuisine techniques.

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef, preferably in Nordic cuisine.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Deep understanding of Danish and Nordic culinary traditions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Passion for sustainable and locally sourced ingredients.
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
