Responsabilities

Assist in kitchen leadership: Support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and team coordination.

Maintain food quality: Ensure every dish meets our high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.

Menu innovation: Contribute ideas for seasonal menus and creative Nordic-inspired dishes.

Kitchen efficiency: Help streamline food prep and service to ensure smooth operations.

Inventory and waste management: Monitor stock levels, minimize waste, and maintain cost efficiency.

Ensure hygiene and safety: Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen.

 

 

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.

Passion for Nordic cuisine: Knowledge of Danish or Scandinavian food traditions is a plus.

Leadership skills: Ability to guide and support a kitchen team.

Attention to detail: Commitment to presentation and food quality.

Team player: Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
